L&M Orthodontics provides orthodontic care at offices in Doylestown, Glenside and Perkasie, Pennsylvania.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms apply only to your use of the Website. Your orthodontic treatment, fees and financial arrangements are governed by the separate consent, treatment and financial agreements you sign with our practice.

2. Website Content Is Not Medical Advice

The Website offers general information about orthodontic treatments, including traditional metal braces, clear/ceramic braces, Invisalign® clear aligners, LightForce® braces and retainers. This information is for education only.

You must be at least 18 years old to submit forms, request appointments or provide information on the Website. A parent or legal guardian must complete these steps for a patient under 18, and accepts these Terms on the minor’s behalf.

4. Appointments, Patient Forms and Financing

Appointment requests. Booking a free consultation or appointment online is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We will contact you to confirm a date and time. We may decline, reschedule or cancel requests at our discretion.

Third-party booking and forms. Online scheduling and patient health-history forms are provided through third-party services (for example, Ortho2 Edge booking and OrthoII forms). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Information you submit through them is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

Free consultation. The initial consultation is offered at no charge. Any treatment, records or services beyond the consultation are billed only under a written financial agreement you sign with us.

Insurance and financing. References on the Website to insurance acceptance, in-house payment plans, CareCredit® or interest-free options are general information, not an offer of credit or a guarantee of coverage. Benefits depend on your plan. Third-party financing is subject to the lender’s approval and terms.

5. Intellectual Property, Submissions and Third-Party Links

Our content. The Website’s text, photos, graphics, logos and design are owned by or licensed to L&M Orthodontics and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
